Home / Site Reboot
One-time · AU-wide remote · $3,300 to $5,950 inc GST
Site Reboot. A three-session rebuild of your existing site.
Benchmarked against your local competition and the businesses winning at it locally, nationally, and overseas. You keep the code, you keep the voice, you keep the customer relationships. We bring the system.
Three tracks. You pick the pace.
Prototype
7 days or less
A working version of your new site you can see and react to, inside week one.
Standard
8 weeks
Full migration to launch, scoped around your availability.
Fast-track
30 days
Possible if you commit to a weekly working slot. Sessions stay on the calendar. No reschedules.
The fast-track is the lever you control. We block the time, you show up, it ships in 30 days.
What is included
Discovery and benchmarking
- +We audit your existing site for what is working and what is not.
- +We benchmark your local competition.
- +We pull state and national benchmarks for your trade.
- +We add US benchmarks where competition is sharper, so the standard is not set by your weakest local competitor.
- +We build a prototype that meets the highest of those standards.
Build
- +Service pages, one per service you offer.
- +Location pages, one per suburb or area you serve.
- +Quoting forms wired to how you actually want to work.
- +Customer journey mapped end to end, first touch through to job complete.
- +FAQ content drafted from the Need A Trade homeowner research base (4,300+ distinct homeowner accounts, 40 trades, 8 states).
- +CRM or job-management integration, light (form-to-CRM) or deep (job stages, quote-to-job, scheduling, automated handoffs).
- +Core tier CRMs included: GoHighLevel / Skaffold, Jobber, ServiceM8, Tradify.
- +On request: AroFlo, simPRO, NextMinute, Fergus, AssignAR, and other Australian trade CRMs.
- +Every Site Reboot includes a GoHighLevel / Skaffold account, yours to use regardless of which other CRM you run.
Content and refinement
- +Three working sessions reviewing every page with you, tuning voice, tone, and audience fit.
- +One final walk-through session where we hand the keys over and you sign off the build.
- +30 days of final tweaks included, up to 3 hours, for anything you spot after launch.
- +A photo brief listing exactly what we need to make the site look real and local.
- +If you do not have the photos, we coach you through capturing them on a phone.
- +Video scripts written for the 8-video trust stack, ready for you to shoot yourself.
- +Optional upgrade: engage us through Trust Stack Sprint to film them on site.
Reviews and business listings
- +We gather your reviews from every platform you are on.
- +Gap analysis on business listings (Google, Bing, Apple Maps, True Local, Yellow Pages, industry directories) so we know which ones you have and which need to be claimed.
Analytics, GBP, and handover
- +Analytics installed and configured so you can see what is working.
- +Google Business Profile updates as part of the launch.
- +Google Workspace primary account setup included (domain verification, MX records, admin config, up to 3 users). The $297 setup fee is waived for Site Reboot clients. Additional users beyond 3 at $99 inc GST each, one-time.
- +All code documented and handed over. The site is yours. The repo is yours.
- +We need access to your domain registrar and your Google Business Profile to do the work. You stay in control of both.
What is not included
Scope clarity matters more than feature inflation. Site Reboot does not include:
×Filmed video production
Scripts are included. Filming is either DIY with our coaching, or Trust Stack Sprint (Byron Bay to Brisbane corridor, separate offer).
×Ongoing hosting after handover
Hosting is included if you are on a Site Maintenance plan. Without it, you host the code yourself. It runs on Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, Vercel, or any modern host.
×Google Workspace subscription
You are billed direct by Google. We can set it up as a paid add-on. We do not resell.
×Paid ads, SEO link-building, content marketing
This is the asset. Driving traffic to it is a separate question.
×Ongoing maintenance after launch
Covered by the Site Maintenance plan below.
Price
$3,300 to $5,950 inc GST
The range moves on four variables. The 20-minute call sets scope, not whether you will see the number.
Toward $3,300
- Single trade, single service area
- Light CRM integration only
- You supply the copy on a worksheet
- You bring your own photos
- No domain migration
Toward $5,950
- Multi-trade or multi-suburb (5+ service or location pages)
- Deep CRM integration with quote-to-job stages and automated handoffs
- We write the copy from your interviews and the research base
- We help capture the photos
- Domain migration and email cutover handled
What you need to give us
About 6 to 8 hours of your time across the three sessions. That is the real cost on your side. What we need:
- +Sign off on the content
- +Collect or capture the photos we brief you on
- +Ideally, shoot the videos to the scripts we provide (or upgrade to Trust Stack Sprint)
- +Access to your domain registrar
- +Access to your Google Business Profile
- +A short tour of how your current CRM or job tool works
What you get at the end
An asset that works the way you work, reads as you to your customers, and stands out on three measures:
Quality
The build matches the best of your category, not the worst local competitor.
Usability
The customer journey is mapped end to end. No dead ends, no guesswork.
Findability
Optimised for Google search and the AI-powered search homeowners increasingly use to find tradies.
You own the code. You own the repo. You can take it to another developer at any time. We document everything as we go, so there is no lock-in by obscurity.
Site Maintenance. Optional, ongoing.
After launch the site either gets maintained or it slowly decays. Both are valid choices. If you would rather keep it current and hands-off, this bundles hosting and ongoing work into one monthly line.
Base
$330/mo inc GST- +Hosting included, your site runs on our infrastructure
- +Monthly content review and updates
- +Analytics check-in
- +Google Business Profile updates as your business changes
- +Review capture account on ReviewsTM.com
- +Process for collecting reviews from completed jobs
Plus
$550/mo inc GST- +Everything in Base
- +Business listings management across all key platforms, kept current and consistent
- +Optional review requests wired into your job-completion workflow, so finishing a job triggers a review ask with follow-up
Either tier cancellable with 30 days notice. No lock-in. If you cancel, you take the code and find your own hosting. We hand back any platform accounts in your name.
Google Workspace setup. Optional one-time add-on.
Email runs on Google Workspace. You are billed direct by Google, on whatever tier suits your business. We do not resell or mark up Workspace. If you would like us to set it up (domain verification, MX records, admin config, user accounts), we charge a one-time setup fee.
Primary account, 1 to 3 users
$297 inc GST- +Domain verification with Google
- +MX record configuration
- +Admin console setup (2FA, password policy, recovery)
- +Up to 3 user accounts created
- +Basic email signature template
Each additional user $99 inc GST, one-time. Waived as part of Site Reboot. After setup, you manage Workspace directly through Google. We hand over admin and step away.
Questions, answered
How long does Site Reboot take from start to finish? +
A working prototype inside 7 days. Full migration to launch within 8 weeks on the standard track. Fast-track of 30 days available if you commit to a weekly working slot we both keep.
Do you write the copy or do I? +
You sign off on every page. We draft from your interviews and the Need A Trade research base. If you would rather write it yourself, that moves the price toward the floor.
What CRMs do you integrate with? +
Core tier, included: GoHighLevel / Skaffold, Jobber, ServiceM8, Tradify. On request: AroFlo, simPRO, NextMinute, Fergus, AssignAR, and most other Australian trade CRMs. Tell us on the call.
Do you film the videos or do I? +
Site Reboot includes the scripts and an embed plan. Filming is DIY with our coaching by default. If you would like us to film on site, that is Trust Stack Sprint (Byron Bay to Brisbane corridor, separate offer at $9,800 inc GST).
Will I own the code? +
Yes. The repo is yours. We hand over documentation, access, and credentials. You can take it to another developer at any time. No lock-in.
Where does the site get hosted? +
If you are on a Site Maintenance plan, hosting is included on our infrastructure. If not, the code is yours to host wherever you like. The build runs on Cloudflare Pages, Netlify, Vercel, or any modern host.
Does it include email? +
We run on Google Workspace. You are billed direct by Google. Workspace primary account setup is included with Site Reboot at no extra cost. Standalone Workspace setup (without a Reboot) is $297 inc GST. Either way, additional users beyond the first 3 are $99 inc GST each, one-time.
What if I want to leave after launch? +
You take the code, the repo, and any platform accounts in your name. If you are on Maintenance, give 30 days notice. No exit fees, no held credentials. The site keeps working because you own it.
What if I am outside the Byron Bay to Brisbane corridor? +
Site Reboot is delivered fully remote, Australia-wide. The geography limit only applies to on-site filming (Trust Stack Sprint and Compound Operator).
Why is the price a range and not a single number? +
Because the work is genuinely different at different scopes. A single-trade plumber in one suburb is a different build than a multi-crew electrical firm covering five LGAs with a deep ServiceM8 integration. The 20-minute call scopes it. You see the locked number before you commit to anything.
Can I add Trust Stack Sprint later? +
Yes. Many clients start with Site Reboot to get the infrastructure right, then book Trust Stack Sprint once they have worked out which videos will get the most use.
Do I need the Site Maintenance plan? +
No. Site Reboot ships you a working asset that you own. The maintenance plan is for people who would rather not think about hosting, email, or the site each month. If you have someone in-house who will handle it, skip it.
What happens during the 30 days of final tweaks? +
After launch you have 30 days and up to 3 hours of our time for any tweaks you spot. Beyond that, changes are either covered by Site Maintenance or quoted as separate work.
What we need to start
- 1The 20-minute scoping call (locks the price)
- 2Access to your domain registrar (read-only to scope, write access at kickoff)
- 3Access to your Google Business Profile (manager or owner level)
